How credits and returns work
Free renewal, reservations, charges and returns.
Monthly free allowance
Each account receives 300 free credits on its monthly signup anniversary, without rollover. The reset returns the free allowance to 300; paid credits remain available while the account stays open. Free credits are used first.
When a credit is charged
An accepted check may reserve a credit while work runs. Completed valid and invalid results use one credit. Catch-all, unknown, unprocessed and technical-failure items have no net charge; their reservations are released or returned.
A returned credit goes to its original credit lot. A return from an expired free allowance does not raise the new monthly allowance.
Purchases
Choose a fixed monthly plan or any whole one-time quantity from 2,000 to 1,000,000. Review the USD subtotal and tax before payment.
Unused paid credits do not expire while the account stays open. Subscription cancellation stops future grants and renewals; unused paid credits remain.
