Workspace access

Each customer works in a separate workspace. Roles limit who can view lists, spend credits, manage billing and change settings. API keys are scoped and can be revoked.

Results and retention

Verification results remain in an open account unless a customer deletes them. Lists can be deleted from the workspace. Source contacts are imported only for the selected workflow.

Permanent deletion

The owner can permanently delete a workspace. New access, renewals and scheduled work stop; remaining work settles before the customer data is removed. Deleted workspaces cannot be restored through support.

Encrypted recovery backups follow a 30-day retention policy. Minimal accounting records remain separate under the seven-year policy in the privacy notice.

Payments

Checkout shows the final total before confirmation. FairValid does not collect card details in the workspace. See the refund policy and the payment details shown during checkout.
