Terms of service

The service

FairValid provides email verification tools and related list, API and integration workflows. Results describe the evidence available at the time of a check. A valid result does not guarantee delivery or permission to contact an address. You are responsible for the lawfulness of data you upload and how you use the results.

Accounts and access

Keep your login and API keys secure. Workspace owners control member roles. A key, connection or widget site can be paused or revoked from its workspace controls. We may pause new submissions when needed to protect service integrity; already accepted work settles under the applicable credit rules.

Credits and payment

Each account receives 300 free credits on its monthly signup anniversary, without rollover. Completed valid and invalid answers use one credit; unknown, unprocessed and technical-failure outcomes have no net verification charge. A credit may be reserved while an accepted check runs and returned if the outcome is not billable.

Fixed monthly plans grant their stated quantity after successful payment. One-time purchases support an exact whole quantity from 2,000 to 1,000,000. USD prices exclude any applicable tax, and the final amount is shown before payment. Paid credits remain available while the account stays open. Cancelling a subscription ends future renewals and grants, while unused paid credits remain.

Permanent account deletion

The owner may permanently delete the workspace after a confirmation step. New access and renewals stop, remaining work settles and customer data is removed. Unused credits are forfeited. There is no account restoration through support. Records that must be kept for billing or audit remain separated and minimized.
