Refunds and credit returns

Cash refunds
FairValid does not offer discretionary cash refunds for unused or partly used credits or subscriptions. Stripe may issue refunds within 60 days under its Managed Payments policy. Refunds required by law still apply. Contact support@fairvalid.com about a payment issue.
Verification credit returns
A credit reservation is released or returned if an accepted check ends catch-all, unknown, unprocessed or in a technical failure. Completed valid and invalid answers use one credit each. A returned credit goes to its original credit lot; a return from an expired free monthly allowance does not increase the new allowance. These automatic credit returns are separate from cash refunds.
Subscription cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewals and grants. Unused paid credits remain available while the account stays open. See Terms of service and pricing.
